The Winter Carnival was a wonderful trip for this Virginia girl. I met nice people, fun dances, Cool & the Gang show, Karen-"my new sistar", best two chauffeurs from California; happy hour-dancing (Utah DJ --somewhere NW-smile), registration staff--are "tops" efficient with a sense of humor , and Gary your leader is looking out for you (All Season Club) everything was great! So glad I came at Maria Sinclairs' invitation---she's "tops" in my book!
Brenda Johnson, Virginia I would like to thank All Seasons for your hospitality with the Pasta feed and for helping me find an extra registration for my God Son. He is 25 and he really enjoyed himself. Thank you, Elicia Phillips, Bay Area Thank you so much for a wonderful time! I had so much fun hanging with the west coast! Please email me the new members applications. I couldn't locate it on line. Again thanks for such a great time. I look forward to many more. Agape', Audrey H. from Windsor, Maryland

MARCH 2008 NEWSLETTER
President's Message
Hello All Seasons WINTER CARNIVAL '08/'09 Although the dates were changed and it wasn't an official holiday weekend, Winter Carnival was a good event and a lot of fun. The weather was perfect, skiing was great and the parties were well attended and fun. All Seasons registered 74 people for this event, we doubled, tripled and quadrupled most other clubs in attendance. Congrats and thank you to first time trip leader John Polk with an assist from Karen Allen. Throw in the Wine and Cheese Mixer and the Pasta feed night complete with Karaoke and it was all good. Winter Carnival 2009 will once again be local and we're back to MLK Weekend. So you can start your planning now! More info to come from Phyllis Lohar-Singh is the trip leader. ERROL KERR Errol competed in the "Jeep King of the Mountain" Skiercross held at Squaw Valley the same weekend we were at Winter Carnival. He came in fifth overall out of 30 plus competitors from around the world. He did come in first in the small final which is composed of the top four skiers from the semi-finals. This competion moves him closer to being chosen for the US Olympic team. He is currently in Switzerland competing in the Skiercross. SUMMIT '09 SNOWMASS, CO Just a quick note to let you know this event will be in Snowmass, CO. The dates are Jan, 31st until Feb. 7th. More info to come, Angie Ross will be your trip leader. Summer Carnival This event will be in Palm Springs, will have more info after the President's meeting in Stockton in April. On that thought in case you want to attend - the President' meeting is open to all, come out and see how the organization works. Funfest '09 Keep your fingers crossed that we will return to Huatulco, Mexico a wonderful resort. Good times was had by all. If you missed the first trip you need to go this time around. Don't procrastinate, get in with a small deposit early, trust me you won't be dissapointed. This was one of the best trips I've ever taken, The food, service, rooms and excursions were all top notch. CHICAGO STYLE STEPPING Now I know everyone likes to do a little bumping and grinding but...........This steppin' thang has it going on. Member and past All Seasons officer James McGee brought his troupe to our February meeting and gave us quick introductory lesson. Fella's, how would you like to have two lovely ladies with you on the dance floor? We need to get onboard with this classy style of dancing. Longtime member Lee James, who is still steppin', tried to tell us long ago this was the thing to get into. Fella's we definitely are leaders in the west, so lets get this thing going, I'm in, who else will join me? Peace. FIRE SAFETY MESSAGE OF THE MONTH: Help us help you, Is your address in view? Note : Please make sure address is in a contrasting color to your house). Live long, Ski hard Gary Garrett, President
